By registering, visiting or using the Services, you hereby represent and warrant to styleemingle that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Services, and agree to abide by the Agreement. If a User is below 18 years of age, it is assumed that he/she is using/browsing the Platforms under the supervision of his/her parent or legal guardian and that such User’s parent or legal guardian has read and agrees to the terms of this Agreement, including terms of purchase of Products, on behalf of the minor User. Should styleemingle be made aware that a User is under the age of 18 and is using/browsing the Platforms without supervision, styleemingle reserves the right to deactivate such User’s account without further notice.

The contents of the Services—including information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, interface, design, and the arrangement of such content—are the property of styleemingle, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners. These are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Users are prohibited from modifying, reproducing, distributing, or using the content for any commercial purpose.

styleemingle provides visual representations of its products for customer convenience, but cannot guarantee the exactness of such visuals. Actual product appearance may vary for several reasons.

You agree to maintain and promptly update all personal information provided during registration to ensure it remains true, accurate, and complete. styleemingle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete data. All transactions conducted on the platform are governed by the terms of this Agreement.

Upon registration or purchase, you may receive email or SMS notifications regarding order confirmations, updates, or promotional content. styleemingle’s acceptance of your purchase offer shall be deemed complete only upon product dispatch.

styleemingle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed.

Access to the Platforms is currently free of charge. However, styleemingle may introduce fees for certain services in the future, with or without prior notice.
